Roxanne Stellmacher brings over two decades of leadership in public education to her role as Chief of Operations and Programs for the California EDGE Coalition. Her career has spanned the classroom to executive leadership, with a consistent focus on building equitable systems that expand access to opportunity for underserved communities. She has held a range of roles including teacher, administrator, and coalition leader – developing and executing organizational strategy, creating career-technical education pathways that connect students to post-secondary education and training, managing operational systems, and guiding cross-sector collaboration.
Beyond her work in schools, Roxanne has served the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors as Chair of the Carmichael/Foothill Farms Community Planning Advisory Council and as a member of the Sacramento County Children’s Coalition, where she has contributed to regional efforts supporting student well-being and equity in public systems.
Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. She is driven by the belief that education and economic mobility are inextricably linked, and is committed to creating systems that remove barriers, expand opportunity, and promote lasting social and economic equity.
