Kristy Weber brings nearly two decades of experience in youth development, educational equity, and cross-sector partnership building to her role as Program and Support Analyst at the California EDGE Coalition. Her career has centered on expanding opportunities for historically underserved communities, working at the intersection of K–12 education, out-of-school time, and workforce development. She has led initiatives that strengthen child care provider support systems, built collaborative partnerships between schools and community organizations, and guided the implementation of wellness and equity-focused policies across California school districts.
Kristy holds a BA in Child Development from CSU Sacramento, and is guided by the belief that equity is best achieved through collaboration. She values building partnerships that align people, systems, and resources toward shared goals.
