Adam Peck is the Executive Director of the California Workforce Association (CWA). Adam brings nearly two decades of experience leading workforce development efforts in California. Before joining CWA, he served as the Executive Director of the Tulare County Workforce Investment Board where he advanced community leadership, innovative programs, and strong partnerships to better connect workers with opportunities. At CWA, Adam continues to champion policies and practices that strengthen the state’s workforce system and create pathways to meaningful careers for Californians.
